B. DELIVERY TIME, PROCESSING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time:
2:00 PM (SAST – South African Standard Time)
Orders placed before the cut-off time on business days will be processed the same day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Processing Time:
1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday)
C. DELIVERY TERMS
Orders are delivered via local courier services operating within South Africa. Delivery times may vary
depending on the destination and courier availability.
D. ADDRESS CHANGE
The delivery address cannot be changed once an order has been shipped. If you need to update the
delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at:
E. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If an order has already been dispatched, please
refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.
F. DAMAGED PACKAGES IN TRANSIT
If your package arrives damaged during transit, please follow these steps:
• Refuse the delivery if possible and contact our support team immediately.
• If the package was delivered in your absence and appears damaged, please contact us within 48
